LinkaMotion Review From Experience High PR Blog Networks

I use about half a dozen high PR blog networks, and Linkamotion is just the latest one I tried. At first, I was a little put off because the interface is rather odd. But I think I was making it a little more complicated than it had to be. Once I got the hang of it, the system actually turned out to be one of the easier ones to use. There’s just a bit of clutter when you first login.

LinkaMotion Article Editor

Actually, you can quickly enter very short 100 word articles in an interface that looks like it was modified from a normal WordPress editor. So you if you are already a blogger, it should feel just like home. You get to include 1 link to your own page in every post.

Linkamotion Motion Spinner

You can also choose to use their motion spinner. You have to download the spinner, but it is included in the membership. Then you can upload your articles from the spinner, right to your own article area. You still have to login and check the articles, and then submit them for approval. I actually think this is a good feature because it gives you another chance to check for typos, grammar, etc. This is much harder to do when you are looking at a spinner version.

You have to do a good job with the spinner, and you have to make sure that your article titles are totally unique. But other than that, it is a good tool, and you can upload up to 50 versions.

Does Linkamotion Work?

Actually, this is the good part! It took me a day to get into the “groove” of submitting articles. Now understand that this is July, and this means I am deep into the summer slump in my niche. I am pretty thrilled because after about three days of approval, it started to look more like October! My rankings were up and my traffic was up. Of course, improved rankings and traffic meant I got money.

I believe Linkamotion paid for itself in the first 3 days! Here’s the thing. They actually submit RSS feeds of the blogs, and they bookmark articles for you. You do not have to snoop around for your articles to provide links to your links if you do not want to. Of course, you are free to do that.

Drawbacks of Linkamotion

I already mentioned that the interface took a little time to get used to. However, they provide videos for every step so a newbie should have no problems if they are patient. I am just sort of impatient that way, figured I had used systems like this before, and had to do it the hard way!

Linkamotion vs. Build My Rank

I also belong to Build My Rank, and I do like it! However, I have to note that BMR is slightly more expensive, and they limit you to 5 active domains. If you are an Internet professional, it is quite likely that you work on a lot more than 5 domains.

The advantage of BMR is they do make it a little easier to find your posts after they are indexed. To actually find your published LInkamotion articles, you have to take several words of text, and then Google them in quotes. Wait a few days to do this because they make take awhile to get indexed. I have also seen the back links show up in Yahoo Site Explorer, but again, this can take a few days.

What About Article Ranks?

If you want unlimited domains with Article Ranks, it costs considerably more. In my opinion, Linkamotion did more for my rankings then the credit trial I did of Article Ranks. I decided to pay for the Linkamotion membership, and I’m glad I did!

vs. Submit Your Article?

I have been a member of Submit Your Article for a long time. The advantage of this system is it allows you to submit your article to a variety of article websites and blogs. The blogs are not usually high PR blogs like you get with Linkamotion or Build My Rank.

Read more about this tool in an older post about article submission please. Not that this post also mentions Article Marketing Robot. At the present time, I would tend to use that tool (AMR) to send links to Web 2.0 sites, but am not sure it is that effective to send links to important (money) sites.

Do You Understand What Affiliate Marketing Is?

I talk to a lot of people who do not understand how websites make money. They can understand some websites that actually sell products or charge a membership fee, but do not understand how free websites generate income at all. This is done, most of the time, with affiliate marketing. This forum post – affiliate marketing from web browser to income – does a good job of explaining the basics.

A company wants to market a product or service so they set up an affiliate program which rewards other internet publishers for sending them visitors.

The publishers (i.e. website owners or bloggers) get paid if the visitor performs an action. This action could be a simple visit (pay per click), fills out a lead form (pay per lead), buys something (pay per sale), or even simply views the advertisement (pay per impression). The actual action will be clearly defined in the program.

the company sponsor will give the publisher a unique code to use on their website which will be able to track visitors so the website owner will get credit for that paid action.

Affiliate Program Examples

For example, Amazon has an affiliate program. I may have a website about books I like. If I also have the right code on my website, and a visitor to my website decides to follow that link to purchase the book from Amazon, I will earn a set percentage of the sale. That is a very common pay per sale affiliae program.

Another example would be a credit card company who wants more customers. Let’s say my website is about personal finance, and I post an advertisement on the benefits of this credit card. If one of my readers follows that link and applies for the credit card, plus is accepted, I may be paid on a set payout per accepted lead. That would be more of a pay per lead program because the customer did not actually buy anything yet.

Can Anybody Become an Affiliate?

Some affiliate programs have strict requirements, but many just want to make sure that their affiliates will follow the law. So yes, anybody with a websites, and some without, can start affiliate marketing. The keys to success are having a way to attract interested visitors that may perform the actions you can get paid on!

Some ways to start internet marketing are here. And don’t forget to visit our main page to learn to make money online.

Affiliate Marketing Is A Great Way To Profit Online

The first question that people ask is just how do people make money online anyway? And the answer that many online business people give is with affiliate marketing. This leads us into the second question, of course. What is affiliate marketing?

Let’s start with businesses, which I usually refer to as online sponsors. They decide to market their products or services online, and all or part of their business plan is to recruit affiliate marketers. In other words, they will pay affiliates to send internet traffic (website visitors). They pay these affiliates for traffic that performs an action, and that is why this is often called cost per action (CPA) marketing.

The affiliate has a unique linking code that they drop upon their website, blog, web page, etc. that indentifies the traffic that they have sent. The may get paid if the web surfer buys something, fills out a sales lead form, or sometimes they get paid if they just send a visitor who clicks through to the sponsor’s website!

So an affiliate marketer does not need to have their own product. They do not need to handle billing or shipping or any details like that. All you need, as an online marketer, is that ability to attract traffic and market products to them. So in some ways, affiliate marketing, can be a simple home business.

How To Become An Affiliate Marketer?

That is affiliate marketing, and when you sign up with a sponsor program, you become an affiliate marketer! For most affiliate programs, it is just that simple. You sign up with your contact information, website address, and how you would like to get paid. Some affiliate programs do manually approve affiliates, and some have fairly strict rules. You will need to read the terms of the programs you are interested in signing up with to make sure you have an appropriate website.

Now some sponsors run their own affiliate programs, but many use affiliate networks. If you, as an affiliate marketer, sign up with a network, you can choose from many different types of programs.

Some popular affiliate network programs that are very friendly to inexperienced (and experienced) online marketers are NeverBlueAds and ShareASale! I have also had great success with the inhouse affiliate program of Insureme, and their affiliate managers are great!

Now you know what affiliate marketing is, and how to become one. If you would like to become a money making affiliate marketer, we would like to help. Learn Affiliate Marketing with us!
